Youth Programs
Novus Youth Programs are set up to keep kids active and help improve a variety of skills that all youth can improve.    Programs are desinged to focus on body control and teaching fundamental exercises.   Core based movements/exercises, plyometrics,  agility, hand/eye drills, balance,footwork, and coordination will all be implemented and taught.  The program is not "cookie cutter" as all exercises and movements will modified to challenge each individual.  The environment is hard working and fun.  This is also not a simply "get tired" program.  These workouts are set up for kids to improve the above skills, so the volume of work is designed to maximize growth.
